We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Foliage and Vine. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines and procedures for returning items:

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Live plants are not eligible for returns due to their perishable nature. However, if your plant arrives damaged or if there is an issue with its health within 14 days of delivery, please contact us immediately.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@foliageandvine.co.nz  with your order details and reason for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Please package the item securely and include the order number on the return package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Refund:

Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance/sale items are non-refundable.
